Simple explanation
Road debris hits the film first. The film helps absorb abrasion and minor strikes. Over time, the film can be replaced if it becomes worn, helping extend the service life of the glass surface.
What it does not do
- It does not make glass unbreakable.
- It does not guarantee prevention of all cracks.
- It does not replace safe driving.
Installation (high level)
- Clean and prep the windshield thoroughly.
- Wet-apply the film and align it carefully.
- Squeegee solution out from the center toward the edges.
- Allow the film to cure based on temperature and conditions.
